Frank Green explained in detail my options, then followed up with me and with the contractor, saw it hrough to the end. As unpleasant as it was to deal with an unexpected expense, I was so relieved to know that there is a responsive group of people who will address the issue in timely manner. Another example of fantastic service by All County! Can't thank you enough.

10 of 10 I like the fact that everything is done on time (rent collected, owners statements sent out). If I have a problem everyone is pleasant and eager to help me settle my problem. I'm glad the yearly inspection is done and pictures can be sent of my property. All in all, I'm very satisfied with the service of this company.

9 of 10 We know that our property is farther afield from the center of the county and it is more difficult to keep track of what is going on in the more rural areas. However, we have seen action in taking care of repairs and putting in a new tenant lately, which we are pleased about.
